ITES was founded in 2006 by a dedicated group of talented individuals who possess a unique blend of both primary and secondary education, cultural exchange, business management and recruiting experience including:

• Over 50 years combined educational experience at the classroom, school leadership and senior administration level throughout the United States and Europe
• 20 years international business management, cross-border recruitment and international exchange experience
• 6 years direct Department of State, Exchange Visitor Program participation experience

Our leadership team has lived and worked for many years in different countries and territories, gaining first-hand experience and an in-depth knowledge of what it takes to adapt, thrive and be successful in a foreign environment. The opportunity to provide and share these experiences with others was a driving force behind the creation of ITES and has proven to be especially useful in ensuring that the organization provides a successful, satisfying and supportive cultural exchange experience for all parties involved.
